About Us

We are a small team made up of experienced and talented professionals with a growing network of collaborators that span across the globe.
We are re-locating to Soho in February. We will be at the heart of UK production, surrounded by talented individuals and a thriving industry. Our building is a friendly, creative environment comprising of a recording studio, sound engineers, edit suites and production facilities.
With the growth of online video, it has never been such an exciting time for producing and distributing video. Whether for business, information, education or entertainment there is a wealth of opportunity online that is evolving all the time.
Our work is not defined by sector but rather by our approach. In this evolving digital landscape, no two jobs are the same, so we have developed a way of working that allows us to be scalable, flexible and able to deliver a creative solution to suit each individual client and project.
Our Approach

Collaboration
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Being able to work openly as a team both with our clients and our partners is essential to our approach.

Knowledge
How and where will your film get exposure? Who will be watching and what will it be viewed on? Knowledge of today’s broadcast possibilities is an essential factor in crafting our approach to production.

Network
Creativity can be found everywhere. Operating as a network allows us to offer the attention and pricing of a small company, with the flexibility and resource of a much larger agency.
Clients

We strive to forge lasting relationships with our client
We don’t specialise in any particular industry sector. We work with agencies, multinational corporations, start-ups and individuals. Our focus is on production value and delivering the right creative for the brand and audience.
We are equally comfortable working with agencies as part of the creative team or managing a project from initial conception through to completion.
Max & Dom

Max
I founded TMAX on leaving University in 2000 having studied film & animation. I have learnt my trade over the ever changing digital landscape of the past 12 years and am constantly amazed at the speed of online evolution and the possibilities that it presents for broadcasting video.
Luckily for me I have Dom to keep me up to speed on all the latest gear and gadgets that help us to constantly improve our way of working. But it’s not just the tools of our trade that make us adjust the way we work, but also the change in people’s habits, how they watch and interact with video online. It’s a fascinating and exciting time to be producing video and animation!
I am obsessed with tomatoes and have been trying to finish a film script about said fruit for the past 6 years. I enjoy a game of chess, have a scruffy dog called Chouffie and a beautiful wife called Lizzie. I’m a bit of a workaholic and I love what I do.
I feel very strongly about working in collaboration. It really is at the heart of everything we do and it is what allows us to build strong and lasting relationships with our partners and clients. It’s how I’ve always worked and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Dom
I was born and grew up in Mauritius, a small tropical island off the African coast. From the age of 19 I lived in the south of France for 10 years before moving to London to join TMAX.
And yes, you do have bad weather in this country but that’s all I’m going to say on that matter.
I think it’s such an exciting time to be working in this industry. The DSLR revolution is changing the way we make films and web evolution is changing the way we distribute and watch films. We are surrounded by so much possibility and opportunity.
I love the way we position ourselves as a company. We’re small and adaptable and we work on a broad range of projects. Max is big on collaboration, both with clients and our creative network. This ability to work with such a diverse pool of creative talent from around the world and remain small, versatile and down-to-earth really helps keeps your energy and enthusiasm up.
